Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY ACROSS THE US

We are currently shipping our apparel throughout the 48 contiguous United States.  Once your order ships a confirmation email will be sent to you with detailed tracking information. Please note that while we don't foresee any delays after the package has shipped, unforeseeable events may occur. Please contact us in the event our carrier is delayed and we will be happy to help locate the package for you.

We currently offer free shipping on all orders over $150 via FedEx or UPS ground service. Standard | 3-5 Business Days. 2-Day Express | 2 business days. Overnight Express | 1 Business Day. Please allow 3-5 days for processing custom orders and 1 business day for V-Style Apparel branded orders. Max weight for shipments is 140 lbs.  

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns/Exchanges:

Please request a Return Authorization Number(RMA#) via email to support@vstyleapparel.com. You may initiate a return request within 14 days from the date of delivery for a return or exchange. Note: Returns or exchanges must be postmarked by the 3rd day of RMA Form being sent and RMA Form MUST be included in packaging. All items must be returned unworn, unaltered, and free of damages. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and customer is responsible for packaging cost and return shipping to the store. We will however ship exchanged product to you at no additional cost. Returns will be refunded in the form of a store credit only. All custom order sales are final. Return address is 650 Ponce De Leon Ave Ste. 300 #2869, Atlanta, GA 30308. 

Damaged/Defective Items:

Please request a Return Authorization Number(RMA#) via email to support@vstyleapparel.com. Request must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery. For your convenience, a shipping label will be provided to you via email. Note: Returns must be postmarked by the 3rd day of RMA Form and shipping label being sent and RMA Form MUST be included in packaging. Refunds will be initiated within 3 days of date received at the store. Note: Refund processing time to solely depending on your bank.

V-Style Apparel does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases, and the general Web.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
